Always a treat on a cold day in LA, Daikokuya is perfect.  

No need for a long explanation, the Ton Katsu Ramen is king here.

The broth was really good this time around, which was a surprise.  The egg, probably one of the best parts of the ramen, was excellent as always.

Nap time afterwards.
