Bouchon pt. 4

So we are in LV and simply have to stop by Bouchon whenever we are in town. Why? Because this place is fuckin delicious.


So we get there and I get the STEAK FRITES.



Although it was a less expensive piece of meat, it was extremely tender and very tasty. I was also expecting this to be a slightly smaller steak for the price of about $35 dollars or so. But that fucker was a pretty big amount of beef. The best part of the whole dish was this sauteed onion mixture that they add to the top of it and finish it with some maitre'd butter. HOLY FUCK that onion shit was fuckin good.

Without a doubt one of the best things on the menu. Oh and a generous portion of mouth watering frites too, can't beat that.
